  1. Promotion is open to residents in the UK, excluding employees and immediate families Braham and Murray, its agents and anyone else professionally associated with this activity.
  2. All you need to do to get your money back is to download the form below, which you will need to print off and fill.

  4. Your personal information that you post to us, shall be used for administrative purposes only and will not be retained by GOOD Hemp following the promotion. GOOD Hemp will not share these details with any other third party.
  5. You will be added to our mailing list if you do not remove the tick from the box at
    the bottom of the questionnaire.
  6. This promotion is available on GOOD Hemp Milk 1L packs only.
  7. Only one refund per application, per household. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  8. No bulk or third party applications will be accepted.
  9. Closing date for receipt of applications 01.09.12 and all claims must arrive by this date.
  10. We aim to refund you by post the relevant value, to a maximum of £1.79 in the form of a cheque made payable to the claimant,within 30 days.
  11. Postage will be refunded for value up to second class stamp.
  12. No responsibility is accepted for applications lost, delayed or damaged in the post. Proof of posting cannot be accepted as proof of delivery.
  13. Any claims that do not meet requirements will not be processed.
  14. By entering the competition with completion of the questionnaire you are agreeing
