It is also great for cooking. Recipes using GOOD HEMP Milk
It is low in saturated fat and is fortified with Calcium and Vitamin D.
GOOD HEMP Milk is great in tea and coffee, cereal or simply as a refreshing drink - One 250ml glass gives 50% of the omega-3 we need each day. It’s easy to digest and cholesterol free. And because there is no Soya or Dairy, there’s no need to worry about causing a hormonal imbalance, causing bloating feelings in your tummy or a risk of eating GM foods.

Why is GOOD HEMP good for me?
Milk drinkers: GOOD HEMP is low in saturated fat and cholesterol-free in comparison to cow’s milk. It is allergen-free while cow’s milk is largely associated with lactose intolerance and stomach discomfort. Also a good natural source of omega 3 (one glass gives 50% of the daily recommended allowance of Omega 3). Like Milk, it can be used in tea, coffee, cereals or for cooking.
Seniors: GOOD HEMP is a good source of omega 3 (one glass gives 50% of the daily recommended allowance of Omega 3), which can support human health for joints, cholesterol, hair & skin and immune health. It is allergen-free while cow’s milk is largely associated with lactose intolerance.
Mothers & Toddlers: GOOD HEMP is an easy way to get kids to increase their intake of omega 3 (one glass gives 50% of the daily recommended allowance of Omega 3). Omega 3 contributes to brain development with kids. The taste is creamy and nutty so kids like it.
Lactose and/or soya intolerants: GOOD HEMP is allergen-free while cow’s milk is largely associated with lactose intolerance and stomach discomfort. It is a good alternative to milk as is enriched with calcium and vitamins. Soya can also cause digestive problems in many. GOOD HEMP is easy to digest. Use just like a milk.
GOOD HEMP was highly commended during the Free From Food Awards 2011 in the Dairy-free category.
Vegans/vegetarians: GOOD HEMP is dairy-free and soya-free (soya is linked to some intolerances and digestibility issues). It is a good source of omega 3 (one glass gives 50% of the daily recommended allowance of Omega 3), which is important as vegans/vegetarians are lacking in sources. Because it contains a more potent and more digestible form of Omega 3 than flaxseed, linseed or rapeseed, it is perfect for Veggies and Vegans. Made from one of the world’s sustainable plants in the UK.
