Featured Ingredient:GOOD OIL, GOOD SEED Salad Sprinkles

• 50 g GOOD SEED Salad Sprinkles
• 50 g Parsley
• 1 clove Garlic, chopped
• 6 tablespoon GOOD OIL

Put all the ingredients except the oil in the blender or mortar and pestle and blend till you have a dark green paste the smell of which is both fresh and warming, a teaser for whats to come.

Now, slowly add the oil while blending till you have a loose, unctuous mush . Serve on pasta or on brushetta.
