Ingredients:
- 100g good quality milk chocolate
- 100g GOOD SEED Sweet & Crunchy
- 2 punnets raspberries
- 400ml whipped cream
- 8 meringues
Directions:
Break up the chocolate and steam in a bowl over a pan of simmering water until completely melted. When fully liquid take off the heat and stir in the seed and half the raspberries. Pour onto baking parchment and spread out to a thin layer. Put in the fridge to harden.
When it is hard take the meringues, the chocolate, seed and raspberry sheet and smash up, peeling off the baking parchment. Mix with the whipped cream and the remaining raspberries, reserving a couple to garnish each bowl
