GOOD Macaroni Cheese with Hemp
- 500g macaroni
- 250g marscapone
- 350g grated cheese
- 200ml milk
- 7g chives, chopped
- 40g GOOD Shelled hemp seed, toasted (note be wary when you toast)
- 100g breadcrumbs
Pre heat oven to 220C
Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling water.
While this is cooking toast the seed in a warm, dry frying pan.
Drain pasta and leave in the sieve.
In the pasta pan put the marscapone and milk - blend over a medium heat until they have come together.
Now add the GOOD hemp seed and the grated cheese. Stir and add salt and pepper.
Mix the cooked pasta into the cheese mixture and coat thougoughly.
Decant into a over dish and sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top - cook for 15 mins or
until the breadcrumbs are crispy.
